Dennis Nordeen
February 4th, 1939 - February 15th, 2025
Dennis Wilner Nordeen was welcomed into his heavenly home on February 15, 2025.
Dennis was born in Grand Rapids, Minnesota on February 4, 1939. He is the son of Wilner and Clara (Johnson) Nordeen. He was preceded in death by his older brother Warren Nordeen. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Susan (Gustafson), daughter Kristen (Mark) Tadlock, son David (Dina) Nordeen, grandchildren Andy (Kylie) Tadlock, Linnea (Scott) Webb, and Aubrey Tadlock, and sister Lucille Cleveland.
Dennis grew up in Bovey Minnesota and was always proud to be a Ranger. He moved to Tucson Arizona in 1960 to pursue his education at The University of Arizona. He obtained his degree in Electrical Engineering. Dennis and Susan married and returned to Minnesota briefly to work for Honeywell in Minneapolis. Returning to Tucson, he started a job with Hughes Aircraft and worked there until his retirement.
Dennis had a big heart and many friends. Being together with loved ones always made him happy. He also enjoyed camping, fishing, hunting, gardening, and raising chickens.
Dennis loved God and his family. His last words to us were, “Love God!”
