George Edward Puckett
January 1st, 1945 - February 8th, 2025
George Puckett (Jan. 1, 1945 – 2025) was born in Mississippi and raised in Memphis, TN. A graduate of Mitchell High School (1962) and San Jose State University (BA in Political Science), he served in the U.S. Air Force before settling in San Jose, CA. He worked in real estate before relocating to Tucson, AZ, in 1984 and later retiring in Ensenada, Mexico, with his wife, Tina.
Following a family emergency in 2001, he returned to Tucson to care for his son, Everett, until Everett’s passing in 2015. A dedicated member of St. Paul United Methodist Church, he actively supported its service projects.
George is survived by his wife, Tina Puckett; children Alysia and Edward Puckett; step-son Rick Gary; grandsons Jordan Littlejohn and Laurence Puckett-Haynes; brothers Joey and Carl Adair; and a host of loving relatives and friends.
