Linda Gobbo (Robledo), 64, passed away on February 8th, 2025, in Santa Cruz, California. She has lived in Santa Cruz County most of her life, although born in Sonora, Texas, Santa Cruz has been her home. Linda attended elementary school in Soquel, and attended Santa Cruz High School. She is the daughter of Leonela and Raymond Garcia. She is survived by one son and one daughter, 3 grandchildren, 7 nieces, 7 nephews, 1 aunt, 1 uncle, siblings; Sylvia Robledo Schadlick, Patricia Garcia-Robinson, Freddy Alonso, Jeanette Garcia-Neal, Lorraine Garcia-Lewis, Richard Ray Garcia. 

 

Preceded in death by Felisha Lopez; niece, Stella Garcia Muniz; sister, Joe Avila; uncle, Samuel Avila; uncle, Lupe Avila; uncle, Albert Avila; uncle, and her beloved grandparents; Patricia and Luis Avila. 

 

She loved the ocean and the night’s sky. She adored her children and grandchildren and this love will surpass time. Linda valued all her family and her sudden passing has left all broken hearted. She will always be remembered as fun loving and dedicated to those she called friend.
