The family of Nancy Marie Barnes is saddened to announce her unexpected passing on February 19, 2025.
Nancy was born on July 1959 in Bronx, NY to Helena and William Dolan and grew up in Congers, NY. On April 2, 1976, she married her sweetheart Charles Barnes with whom she shared 52 years of happiness in Garnerville, NY.
Nancy leaves behind many endearing memories and shared experiences. Her calming personality brought warmth and affectionate reassurance to those who had the privilege of knowing her. She will always be remembered for her sweet smile, her kind heart and gentle soul.
Left to share her memory are her husband, Charles. Her sons: Juan, William and David. Her grandchildren and great grandchild. Her siblings, daughters in law, and many more endearing family and friends.
Service in her honor will be held on February 25, 2025 from 4pm to 8pm, at McGowan Sons Funeral Home, 71 North Central Highway, Garnerville, NY 10923.
