October 13th, 1957 - February 13th, 2025
Landy Redish, 67, of Syracuse, passed away on February 13th. He was born in 1957 in Ruffin, SC and moved to Syracuse, NY in the 1960’s. Landy attended school in the Syracuse City School district. After high school, he worked for Midstate Contracting. Landy was an avid bowler and was sportsman. He was a phenomenal amateur chef and enjoyed cooking for friends and family.
He was predeceased by his parents, Edward and Mary Lee Reddish; his sister, Ruth Padgett; his daughters, Shakara Reddish and Jaumonise Reddish.
Landy is survived by his daughters, Shintella Reddish and Landice Reddish; sons, Rickie Reddish and Antwan Reddish; a host of grand and great grandchildren, sisters, Barbara (John) Williamson, Trudy (Kevin) Eudell, Toni (Preston) Reddish and Brenda (James) Reddish; brother, Kenneth (Paulette) Reddish; several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Calling hours will be held from 12PM to 1PM on Friday, February, 28th at A. Dewitt Memorial Funeral Home with a funeral service following at 1PM.
