Reba Ann Frazee, born on April 29, 1954, in Orangeburg, SC, passed away peacefully on February 22, 2025, surrounded by her loved ones. She was the daughter of the late Roland C. Frazee and Helen Sharpe Frazee. 

 

A devoted mother, Reba cherished her children: Rebecca Ann Doni (David) of Pelion, SC, the late Russell Lee Scoggins Jr., and Michelle Carol Hancock (John) of Bishopville, SC. She was a proud grandmother to 13 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren, finding joy in every moment spent with her family. 

 

Reba is survived by her four loving sisters: Marie Taylor of Andrews, SC, Dianne Rae of Lugoff, SC, Judy Greenwood of Centre, AL, and Kathy Bailey of North Carolina. She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews who will miss her dearly. 

 

She was preceded in death by her parents; her beloved son, Russell L. Scoggins Jr.; her brothers, Larry Frazee, Don Frazee, and Raymond Frazee, and her sisters, Carol Riggs, Linda Hamm, and Jeannie Brazell. 

 

Reba will be remembered for her love of family, her kindness, and the warmth she brought to those around her. Per her family's wishes, a private service will be held in her honor.
