Joseph “Whitey” Norman Ouellette, 85, of Tucson, AZ., passed away on February 23, 2025. Born March 6, 1939 in Manchester, NH. He served in the National Guard of Massachusetts as a reserve of the Army of the United States. He went into the United States Air Force, he was honorably discharged from both branches. He worked 35 years at Golden Eagle Distributors aka All American Distributors. He is survived by his wife Mary Helen, daughter Debra (Vincent) Vigil, granddaughter Heather (Matthew) Noriega and great granddaughter Evalina Noriega.
