Flahiff Funeral Chapels & Crematory-Caldwell
Landen Sage Favinger
July 12th, 1996 - February 26th, 2025
Landen Sage Favinger, age 28, passed away Wednesday, February 26, 2025, in Caldwell, Idaho.
Landen was born on July 12, 1996, in Nampa, Idaho, to Kinley M. Favinger, Jr. and Michelle L. Favinger (Bethel). He has spent his life in Idaho and graduated from Vallivue School in 2014.
After graduating, he went to work for his dad’s plumbing company. He continued to work through the years as a plumber, until shortly before his passing. Landen had many hobbies in life, but his love for the outdoors was his passion. From a young age, you would find him with either a gun or a fishing pole in his hands. He and his Grandpa Mike spent many weekends in the mountains or by a lake.
Landen had a likeable personality; he was hard-working and was always willing to lend a hand. He had a great sense of humor, and when it came to giving you a hug, boy could he hug! We always joked that he would crack our ribs when hugging us. His love for the Lord was undeniable. He would read his Bible faithfully, and it was rare if you did not see him with his cross necklace on.
He is survived by his parents, Kinley and Michelle Favinger; sister, Chelcie Bethel; brother, Dakoah Favinger; his son, Bowen Roberts; nieces, Alize Arciga (Ali) and Delila Reyes (Lila); nephew, Anthony Pinto (AJ); grandfather, Kinley Favinger, Sr.; grandmother, Karen Ward; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Forrest Michael Bethel (Mike); and great grandmas, Shirley Johnson and Doris Carson.
Friends and family are invited to join us for a Celebration of Life for Landen on Saturday, March 8, 2025, from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm, at the Caldwell Elks Lodge, 1015 N. Kimball Avenue in Caldwell.
