Sheila M. Shambaugh, 59

October 26, 1962 - November 30, 2021

Sheila M. Shambaugh, 59, of Salem, passed away on November 30, 2021 at Salem Hospital from a breakthrough infection of Covid-19.

Born in Columbus, Ohio, Sheila was the daughter of the late Harold L. Sr. and Shirley A. (Daggett) Shambaugh. Sheila received her Associates Degree in Criminal Justice from North Shore Community College before working for many years as a bus driver for Salem Schools as well as being the operations manager for the Salem Trolley Company.

Sheila was an avid camper and lover of all New England sports teams and diehard Ohio State Football Fan. She was very religious and attended Sunday mass at Wesley United Methodist church. She loved traveling and educational activities.

Sheila is survived by her siblings, Harold "Sam" Shambaugh, Jr, and his wife Jacki of Peabody, Jennifer Shambaugh of Salem, and Carl Shambaugh of Saugus. In addition she leaves behind 4 nieces and nephews, Denise Shambaugh, Payden Diamond, Brent Shambaugh, Madison Shambaugh and many others she considered her family.

Relatives and friends are invited to visiting hours in the Berube & Sons Funeral Home, 191 Lafayette St. Salem, MA on Tuesday, Dec. 7, 2021 from 4pm to 7pm and to her memorial service in the funeral home Wednesday, Dec. 8 at 11 a.m.
