Mrs. Nancy Hildebran Mace, 65, of Connelly Springs went to her heavenly home to be with her Lord and Savior, Monday, March 16,2023 at Carolina's Medical Center Main Campus in Charlotte. Nancy was born April 18, 1957 in Burke County to the late Sally Hildebran. She was a faithful member of Abee's Chapel Baptist Church where she was a Sunday School teacher, Leader of Mission Friends, a member of the choir, and custodian . In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her husband, Benny Dean Mace; and her mother and father-in-law J.C. and Betty Mace. Survivors include her sons, Ricky Mace and wife Shelley of Hickory, and Jerry Mace and wife Allison of Lenoir; grandchildren, Caleb Mace, Courtney Mace, Stormi Mace, Carley Mace, and Maggie Mace; and brother, Brady Dameron and wife Clara of Icard. A funeral service will be held 3:00PM Wednesday March 20,2023 at Abee's Chapel Baptist Church with the Pastor Buddy Sizemore officiating. Interment will follow in the Abee's Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:00PM to 3:00PM at Abee's Chapel Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Abee's Chapel Baptist Church at 4259 Mineral Springs Mountain Rd. Connelly Springs, NC 28612.
