Daymon Craig Ellerbee, age 55, of Lutz, Florida and Plant City, Florida passed away on Wednesday, February 26, 2025. He was born on June 14, 1969 in Bethesda, Maryland to Gil and Helen Ellerbee.
Daymon spent his childhood moving around the country as his father served in the military eventually settling in Lutz, Florida after graduating high school. After graduating high school, Daymon became an environmental driller and enjoyed scalloping with his family and hanging out with friends. He also enjoyed riding dirt bikes and motorcycles.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Jean and his father, Gil. He is survived by his mother, Helen; brothers, Daryl and Shayne along with other loving family members and many many friends.
