Patricia Ann Shipley, age 64 of Kingsport, went to be with the Lord on Monday, March 3, 2025.  Trish was born in Zanesville, OH on February 14, 1961, to Ronald and Patricia Winebarger.  On December 5, 2008, Trish married her best friend, David Shipley, and after a wonderful life together, he survives. 

Trish loved her family, especially her grandbabies.  She was always willing to help those in need.  She also enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family and friends. 

Trish was preceded in death by her mother, Patricia Finley.  Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, David Shipley; father, Ronald Winebarger Sr.; daughter, Melissa McQueen and husband Jason; three grandchildren, Brandon Widener, Joshua Widener, and Melanie Bentley and husband Elijah; two great-grandchildren, Dakota and Marlee; brothers, Ronald Winebarger Jr and Tony Cecil and wife Cindy; sister, Carol Hutcherson-Cecil and husband Bob; and many loving nieces, nephews, and other family members.  

The family will receive friends on Monday, March 10, 2025, from 5:00pm to 7:00 pm at Carter-Trent Funeral Home Kingsport.
