Mr. Jecoby T. Jordan, was born on December 24, 1990, the son of Angela Goodson(Wayne) McQueen and Javard Jordan. He departed this earthly life on Wednesday, February 19 , 2025, a t MUSC Health Florence Medical Center, Florence, SC.
Jecoby, who was also called "Coby" by those who knew and loved him. Coby was alsoknown as "Breeze", a name his closet friends gave him because he was so cool. He was a2009 graduate of Darlington High School and completed a few years of training at the Army National Guard, Cheraw, SC (Det 100, A351 AVN, SPT BN). He lived in Darlington, where he was a truck driver and a handy man to others, where he had a passion for it.Whatever task he was given, he d]made it his duty to go above and beyond. He enjoyed helping his stepfather, Wayne, complete many projects such as building porches, putting up metal roofs, and flooring.
Coby had an amazing sense of humor, and everyone would call him a class clown. He was a die-hard Tampa Bay Buccaneers fan and every year he would say that they were going to the Super Bowl. He was excited to witness them win the Super Bowl in 2021.
Coby was a great father to his children, son Gavin and his sweet girl "Bean" (that was a sweet affectionate name he called her.) Being a family man, he made sure his childrenknew what it was to be a superhero in their lives, taught them to be independent, takingtrips with them, and playing softball with Bean and football with Gavin.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Charles E. Goodson; grandparents, Cleo & Betty Jordan, uncle, Greg Goodson, aunts, Paula, Kenya and Valerie, and a god-sister,Tiffany Ford.
Coby's existence will be missed, but we thank God for the times we shared. Your spiritwill live with us always. He leaves precious memories to his mother, Angela Jordan(Wayne) McQueen; his father, Javard Jordan his children, Gavin Jordan and Jala Jordan; ; his brother, Jonathan Cannon; his sister, Jarvareia McDaniel; grandmother, Gloria Goodson and china Graham; a host of cousins, extended family, and dear friends who will cherish his memory.
We will always remember the smiles that he put on other faces. He was a very humble man and his personality was unmatched.
