Jasson Robert Boomfield

Jasson Boomfield passed away suddenly on March 2nd 2025. 

Jasson was a force of nature, his personality and winning smile made people trust and respect him. He could never just go into the local store without someone yelling his name and wanting to talk to him ( just ask his kids they love it.) 

He spent over 20 years of his life working day and night for construction companies throughout Michigan. For the past 4 years he had been working hard out of state building Ford battery plants. 

When he wasn't working, he would be traveling which he did often with his late wife Lisa. They traveled from Ireland to Mexico, all the way to England. 

Jasson loved his sports, he was a die hard Michigan wolverine fan and loved any team that Brady played on. He passed on his love of the sport to his kids by taking them to games whenever he could. He also loved to golf, even though he wasn't the best at it he loved the calmness of the sport. 

Besides his close friends and family, not many knew that Jasson was adopted when he was a baby. He found his biological family 3 years ago and had recently visited his bio sister and brother for Thanksgiving in Texas for the first time. His daughter Britney and stepdaughter Alisha will be taking over finding more family and learning about them like Jasson dreamed of doing. 

Jasson wanted to be cremated and remembered for the man he was. The family asks that in lieu of flowers to please come celebrate his life at McMorran Place Sports & Entertainment Center in Port Huron Michigan on March 5th 2025 from 12 pm - 5 pm. 

Jasson is survived by his father Robert , his daughter Britney, stepdaughter Alisha, stepsons Donnie and Ashton, grandchildren Paidynn, Royalty, Canik, Dallas, Austin, and Donnie Jr. Proceeded in his death his mother Mary, his wife Lisa and Daughter Alyssia.
