Ms. Rebecca "Beckie" Lynn Howard, 64, of Greensboro passed away on February 28, 2025 under the care of Adams Farm Living and Rehabilitation in Jamestown, North Carolina.  Born in Greensboro, North Carolina, she was the daughter of the late John Weems and Jean Weems Garner.

She was an incredibly hardworking woman and a lover of animals. She deeply loved her dogs, Charlie and Max, and her cats, Tommy, Astrid, and Baby. She was a long-time employee with Carson-Dellosa Publishing Company. She loved the beach, listening to music, and dancing. Some of her favorite hobbies were baking and ceramics. Prior to her time in hospice, she acted as a caregiver for a gentleman, which was a testament to her giving nature.

Beckie is survived by her daughter, Cassie Howard; her sisters, Vickie Pegram (Charles) and Lisa Hope (Don); and her nieces, Rebecca "Beth" Wilson, Brittany Pegram, and Stephanie Johnson (Alex).

Funeral services celebrating Beckie's life will be held at Cornerstone Baptist Church, 5736 Inman Rd, Greensboro, NC 27410 on Friday, March 7th, 2025 at 2:00PM with Pastor Josh Wester officiating. The family will receive friends during a reception following the service.
