Phillip R. Steele
April 17th, 1987 - July 7th, 2024
On July 7, 2024, my beloved husband, Phillip R. Steele was called home by losing his battle with diabetes mellitus type 1. He was 37 years old.
Phillip was my best friend and partner for 11 short years. Phillip was so funny and smart, he was very intelligent, charismatic, clairvoyant and a loving person. Phillip was a pillar of his community by serving as an I.T. Technician for 911 at Motorola Solutions in West Columbia, S.C. Phillip also was a Free Mason at the Boyleston Lodge No. 123 Masonic Center in Richland County S.C.
Phillip is survived by his wife, Yolanda M. Steele, his mother, Lynda Steele, his father, James Steele, his brother, Jerry Steele, his sister, Shirlena Reed, and his two nephews, Aasir Reed-Joseph and Jamiri Reed.
His presence, love, and laughter will truly be missed by those who have had the pleasure to share a part of his life. Rest in Peace and Heaven, my love. Until we meet again in the next life, my love. We shall always hold a special place in our hearts for you.
