Carla Marie (Sampson) Hall, 84, widow of James Harrison Hall, passed away on Tuesday, February 18, 2025, at Providence Centralia Hospital after a two-year struggle with dementia. She was born on June 9, 1940, to the late Phillip and Rita Ione (Dudley) Sampson in Plattsburgh, New York.
She is survived by her daughter Sherri (Price) and son-in-law Patrick Dowd of Centralia.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Terry Sampson.
