Richard Edward Foskett, 83, Jefferson, passed away on Saturday, March 1, 2025 at Sunset Ridge in Jefferson, WI. 

Dick was born on October 1, 1941 in Watertown, WI to Pierson and Isabell (Kraus) Foskett.  He served his country in the Army National Guard from 1961-1965.  He married Mary Pitzner on December 30, 1961. They had two children; Christopher and Jennifer.  Dick was employed as a mason with the brick layer’s union for his working career.  In 1997 Dick married Sandy Luther.  She preceded him in death on November 15, 2021.  Dick enjoyed woodworking, fishing, and making wine.  He was very involved in whatever his children were doing both as children as well as when they were adults. 

He is survived by his children Christopher (Genevieve) Foskett, Cambridge, and Jennifer (Jeff) Ihlenfeld, Jefferson; grandchildren Katie Luebke, Trace Foskett, Hailee Foskett; great-grandchildren Kohen, Kellen, Marlowe, Wesley and Lane.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Wife Sandy, brother Steve Foskett. 

A special thank you to the staff at both Sunset Ridge and Agrace Hospice who all helped in taking wonderful care of Dick.

A Graveside service with military honors will be held in the future at Medina Cemetery in Marshall, WI.
