Richard M. Cummings passed away March 3, 2025, at age 82.
He was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on August 25, 1942.
He is survived by his loving wife, Dorothy Cummings (nee Wilson) of Ocala, FL and his devoted son, Richard Cummings (Julie) of Erial, NJ. His sister, Linda Knapp of Atco, NJ, also survives him.
Richard was predeceased by his daughter, Kristina Lynn.
He was a loving grandfather to his granddaughters, Alexandria and Kaleigh.
He will fondly be remembered by his many nieces and nephews along with a host of friends.
Richard began his career in Electronics in 1964 at GE Reentry Systems in Philadelphia, retiring after 48 years from L3 Communications in Camden, NJ.
Service will take place at Highland Memorial Park in Ocala, Florida on Friday, March 28, at 12:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made in his memory to Tunnels to Towers.
