Linda Sue Glaze passed away February 20, 2025. She was born February 18, 1945, in Scott City, Kansas to Herb and Beulah Schulte. She touched so many lives with her kindness, creativity, and spirit of adventure. She lived a vibrant and fulfilling life until the age of 80. She was raised and lived in the breathtaking landscapes of New Mexico and Colorado. Her love for nature was boundless as the mountain ranges she cherished. With a heart full of wonder the cars loaded with family for a picnic, fishing, or a drive. She would suddenly stop at the sight of a wildflower, deer, or porcupine to share the beauty she was so captivated by - always finding joy in the simple natural wonders of the world. An artist at heart, she expressed her creativity in countless ways - ceramics, cake decorating, and so many different crafts. Her artistic spirit was a gift she would share with everyone she met, leaving a legacy of beauty and inspiration in what she created. Family was important to her. She was dearly loved in life; her grandchildren called her gramma, and her great-grandchildren called her GG. Her love was boundless for these beautiful children. Her kindness and friendship will be missed. She could provide comfort and solutions either through difficult times or a creative endeavor. Her heart was open and welcoming to all - she even picked up a hitchhiker that had nowhere to go for the holidays; she welcomed him to our home for the festivities. Her generosity was sometimes a little crazy but always sincere. Sue’s legacy is one of love, creativity, friendship, and adventure. Her spirit will live on in the mountains she adored and the hearts of all who knew her. The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched – it must be felt with the heart. Sue…. Your light and love will be felt in our hearts forever. Sue was the mother of 5 children, she is survived by, LaDonna, Ron and Tashawnda; grandmother to Talawnna, Michael, and Travis; great-grandmother to Mira, Graycelyn, Elizabeth, Charlotte, Scarelettet, Oliver, Vencenzo, Anthony & Ethan. She is also survived by her sister, Cindy; sister-in-law, Joyce; daughter-in-law, Rose; and grandson-in-law, Shawn. She is preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Jim and Max; children, Don and Rick; and grandchildren, Monica, Quintan, and Jason.
