Gervais, Larry Dale

Age 77, passed away peacefully at home in Mounds View on February 28, 2025. Preceded in death by parents, Margaret (Danyo) and Roy Gervais, brother Robert Gervais, great-nephew, Matthew Irving; great-niece Violet Verkennis, and sister Barbara Irving. Larry was born and raised in Northeast Minneapolis. He was loved and cherished by his wife of 46 years Jillayne; daughters Breanne Gervais Shipe (Tyler), Kristen Gervais (Jeremy); granddaughter Natalie; sister Judy Norlin (Dan); niece, nephews, cousins, and friends. Larry served in the Air Force from 1965-1968. He worked for the state of Minnesota (MNDOT), retiring after more than 30 years of service. He enjoyed traveling across the United States with his wife, and his greatest joy was his daughters and the birth of his granddaughter. Private interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Celebration of life to be announced at a later date.
