Loving Mother and Grandmother

Kathryn Mullins (Struby) passed away on March 3, 2025 at the age of 83. Born February 16, 1942, Kathy dedicated her life to her family. Kathy was a lifelong resident of Salinas, California. A loving mother and grandmother Kathy cherished her personal time with her hobbies such as reading, hiking, yoga and visiting her family. Kathy was preceded in death by her husband Larry Mullins, her father Anton Struby, her mother Beatrice Struby, and her brother Tony Struby. She leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories with her daughters Dana Losee (Culwell), Gina Encallado (Culwell), sons in-law David Losee and Kenny Encallado, grandchildren Annmarie Kulas (Losee), Jessica Losee, and Joseph Losee, great-grandchildren Rory and Lilah Kulas, and nephews Mark Struby and Tracy Struby. Kathy's life was a testament to her gentle spirit and commitment to family.
