Karen was the wife of John Gordon and a wonderful and dedicated mother to Amy and Brian. Although she was a birth mother to two children, she was a mom to many and a grandma to all. She was a safe place for so many of her children’s friends, who still sought her out to talk about their struggles and celebrate their wins. If Karen knew someone was coming over, she would have one of their favorite Karen dishes waiting for them. She made the people in her life feel special and loved.
Karen was preceded in death by her husband John and son Brian. She is survived by her daughter Amy, her sister Marva, and her brother Daniel. Karen is also survived by her honorary grandchildren; Richie, Joshua, Elias, Kayliana, Colen, Richard, and Cassandra. The love and support she shared with many will never be forgotten.
