Beverly A. (Prosser) Corazzini, 91 Shrewsbury – Beverly A. (Prosser) Corazzini, 91, formally of Shrewsbury passed away peacefully Friday, February 28th at her home in Tucson, Arizona. She was the daughter of the late Gordon A. Prosser and Loretta A. (Nettle) Prosser of Shrewsbury. She was raised in Shrewsbury along with her siblings, Barbara M. Zona, Gordon G. Prosser, Joan M. Collins, and David F. Prosser. She was a graduate of Shrewsbury High School, Class of 1952. After school she began her career as a typist at Heald Machine Company of Worcester. In 1956 she married her one and only love, George E. “Sonny” Corazzini of Worcester. Together they had ten children, the late George E. Corazzini, the late Susan M. Corazzini, David G. Corazzini, the late Henry E. Corazzini, John W. Corazzini, MaryAnne Corazzini, Stephen P. Corazzini, Michael A. Corazzini, Joanne M. Corazzini, and Laurie A. Corazzini. Also survived by thirteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren. After raising her family, she worked for several years at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, and later at the Shrewsbury High School Cafeteria, where she was known as “The Cookie Lady”. She will be laid to rest with her husband, “Sonny”, in Shrewsbury at a future date to be announced by her family. She was a member of Saint Anne’s Parish in Shrewsbury. Memorial contributions in her memory can be made to the St. Anne’s Human Services, c/o St. Anne’s Church, 130 Boston Turnpike, Shrewsbury, MA 01545.
