Emma A Allen

Emma Antonetta Allen, age 97, passed away peacefully at home on March 3, 2025. Emma was born in Orange, New Jersey on November 28, 1927, and was a longtime resident of Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania before moving to Punta Gorda 38 years ago. Emma served as Regional Sales Director for Bates Manufacturing, Hackettstown, New Jersey for over 30 years before retiring. Emma was a member of the American Legion Post 103 and the US Coast Guard Auxiliary of Punta Gorda. Emma loved to travel, cruise, bird watch, read, cook, take walks on the beach and watch Father Brown. Emma is survived by daughters Joanne Siracusa and Elaine Siracusa - Magid and husband Bruce, sister Gracie Taddeo, niece Sheila Siracusa – Jankin, nephews Peter Boucouvalas and wife Von, Anthony Dente and wife Lauren, stepdaughter Melody Abline and husband Jim. Also surviving are 5 grandchildren John Rodrigues and Katy, Joseph Rodrigues and wife Bethany, James Rodrigues and wife Sandra, Houston Siracusa , Anita Petteruti and 10 great-grandchildren Shanyce, Isabella, Elisabeth, Catherine, Luke, Gabriel, Tess, Nicogianni, Camila, and David. She was preceded in death by her husband Donald R Allen, her parents, Rocco and Antonetta Dandeo, her sisters Milly, Carol, Mary, Olympia, Edith, her brothers Leo and Jimmy, previous husband Joseph J Siracusa, Sr and wife Phyllis, son Joseph J Siracusa, Jr, and stepson Donald Allen Jr.

A Celebration of Life will be held Tuesday, March 3, 2025 at 11am Charlotte Memorial Gardens, Punta Gorda.
