Judith "Judy” Miller Riggs, 76, of Eaton, Passed away on April 9, 2018 in Greeley, Colorado. She was born to Roy and Freda (Uhrich) Whitmore on June 26, 1941 in Eaton, Colorado. Judy loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren more than anything in this world. She enjoyed gardening, dancing and karaoke. She is survived by her children, Barbara (Wolfgang) Miller Lambdin, Christine (Mike) Miller Keil, and Tommy (Beth) Riggs Jr.; 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren; siblings, Bev Schott, Carol Whitmore, Dixie Rutherford, Sharon (Bill) McKay, Trish Young, and Linda (Will) Owens. Judy was preceded in death by her husband, Tommy Riggs; first husband, Vernon Eugene Miller; parents; siblings, Calvin Whitmore, Kenneth Whitmore, and Shirely Hyde. In lieu of flowers please make contributions to Northern Colorado Crematory for Tru Hospice of Northern Colorado. A celebration of Judy’s life will be held on Saturday, April 14, 2018 at 9:30 am at Evangelical Free Church of Eaton, 1325 3rd St in Eaton. A reception will follow service.
