Mary Jo Traversone
September 3rd, 1957 - March 7th, 2025
Mary Jo passed away on Friday, March 7th 2025, surrounded by her loved ones. She was welcomed into heaven by her beloved parents, Frank and Teresa.
Born in The Bronx, New York, Mary Jo later made Tucson her home, where she was blessed with four children: Angela (Nicole), Anthony (Kristina), Frankie (Michael), and Nicole (Justin). She was a proud and devoted Nona to eight grandchildren, a role that brought her immense joy, love and happiness.
Mary Jo’s warmth, love, and unwavering support left a lasting impression on her family and all who knew her. Her children and grandchildren will forever miss her warmth, love and affection.
A visitation will take place at Bring Broadway Chapel on Friday, March 14th from 5 to 8pm with rosary at 7pm. Funeral mass on Saturday, March 15th at 12:00pm at Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church. Interment next to her parents to follow at Our Lady of the Desert.
