February 25th, 1953 - March 9th, 2025
Coryell, Glenn Leland “Lee” Coryell passed away peacefully on March 9, 2025, surrounded by loving family. Lee was predeceased by his parents, Glenn L. Coryell and Effie Ingalls Coryell. Born in Saint Petersburg, Florida, Lee pursued his higher education at Andrew College in Cuthbert, Georgia. He later graduated from Auburn University with a B.A. His favorite career of real estate investing and remodeling, found later in life, brought him much joy. Lee was a constant and lifelong member of St. Thomas’ Episcopal Church with deep faith and devotion. He had many roles at St. Thomas’: Acolyte, Vestry Member, Outreach Committee, Men’s Club, Mercy Keepers, Usher, and Pack-a-Snack. Lee is survived by his beloved wife of 22 years, Teresa; his children, Tiffany (Matt), Trevor and Troy, his bonus children, Clay (Haiwen), and Stanton (Carrie), his four grandchildren, Liam, Colson, Lanie and Chenxi, and his siblings Sarah (Gary) and Catharine, a nephew Michael and nieces Rebecca and Sarah, and former wife, Brenda (Jeff). Lee was blessed to have so many childhood and forever friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made, in Lee’s name, to St. Thomas’ Episcopal Church, 1200 Snell Isle Blvd. NE, St. Petersburg 33704
