Mrs. Prisila Ruiz de Granados, 64, of Winston-Salem passed away on March 9, 2025 under the care of Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home in Winston-Salem.  Born in El Salvador, she was the daughter of Marcelino and the late Gumercinda (Ruiz) Ruiz and wife of Santos Granados.

She is survived by her loving husband, Santos Granados; her seven children, Victor, Raul, Miguel, Santos, Maritza, Oscar, Emerson; three granddaughters, Jacqueline (Victor), Aymar (Victor) and Emely (Raul); four grandsons, Angel (Miguel), Lisandro (Miguel), Santiago (Maritza), Oscar (Oscar).

The family will receive friends at Pierce-Jefferson Funeral Service, 213 W. Mountain St. Kernersville, NC 27284 on Saturday, March 15, 2025 from 5:00PM – 7:00 PM. Funeral and prayer services will begin at 7:00 PM. Interment will take place in El Salvador.
