July 3rd, 1972 - March 14th, 2025
Ryan Scott Ellsworth, 52, of Phoenix, Arizona passed away peacefully on March 14th at Abrazo hospital in Scottsdale.
He was born on July 3rd, 1972 in Phoenix, Arizona to Joseph Scott Ellsworth and Mary Beth Ellsworth.
He is survived by his wife: Patricia, his children: Jace, Dyllon and Riyan Marie, and his grandchildren, Nora and Lilyana.
He was a talented handyman and loved the outdoors, the beach, sports, music, going to concerts, collectibles and spending time with his family. He had the biggest heart and willingness to help anyone who needed it, friend or stranger. His memory will be forever cherished by every person that has known him.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 28th at 2pm at Legacy Funeral Home - Rose Chapel 1130 S. Horne Mesa, AZ 85204. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Mental Health America https://mhanational.org.
