May 19th, 1955 - March 12th, 2025
Vera Hernandez, 69 went to be in the arms of Jesus on March 12, 2025.
Vera Hernandez, born on May 19, 1955, was a pillar of strength and wisdom to all who knew her. She touched countless lives with her kindness, generosity and unwavering love. Her legacy will forever be etched in our hearts.
Vera Hernandez was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. She is survived by her daughters and son Patsy, Patricia, Sarah, Jerry, and Zanizia, thirteen grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
Throughout her life, Vera was known for her passions and talents. Her voice spoke to the depths of her children’s soul, calling out the strength in each one of us. She had hands that could turn yarn into beautiful crocheting patterns, and she cherished every moment spent crocheting for others. Her love for giving brought warmth and joy to family, friends, and to generations to come.
Her legacy will live on through the memories we shared, the values she instilled in us, and the love she gave. We take solace in knowing that she is now in peace, reunited with her loved ones who have gone before her.
A viewing for Vera will be held on March 21, 2025, from 9am – 11am at Lienkaemper Chapel 78 NW 1st Avenue, Ontario, Oregon. Friends and family are invited to join us in remembering and honoring this remarkable woman.
Rest in peace mom. You will forever be our guiding light.
