Maryann Gannon (nee Francese), 79, of Thorofare, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 23, 2025.
Legacy
She was a loving and caring wife, mother, Nana, aunt and friend. She loved to be around her family, especially her grandchildren. She was a proud teacher in Cherry Hill from 1992 to 2006, which she loved. She enjoyed traveling with her husband and family.
Family
She is the beloved wife of 53 wonderful years to James M. Gannon. Devoted mother of Beth Anne Gannon, James M. Gannon (Kristen), Jeffrey R. Gannon (Joanna), and Laura Nelsen (Lawrence III). Adored Nana of Kim, Kelly, Jill, Cory, Lex, Zachary, and Sawyer. Predeceased by her parents Caroline and Joseph Francese and her brother Paul (Susan). She will be greatly missed by family and all of her best friends.
Farewell Tribute
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her visitation on Sunday March 30th from 3:00PM to 6:00PM in the McGuinness Funeral Home - Woodbury Location, 34 Hunter Street, Woodbury, NJ, 08096. Funeral Mass on Monday March 31st at 11:00AM in the Infant Jesus Parish at St. Margaret's Church, 3rd and Beech Street, Woodbury Heights, NJ 08097. Interment will be at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in her memory to St. Jude’s Children’s Research- www.stjude.org
