Clark Edward Stephens
February 8th, 1939 - March 19th, 2025
Clark Edward (Ed) Stephens Jr., 86, of Wesley Chapel, Florida, passed away peacefully on March 19, 2025, following a brief illness. Born on February 8, 1939, in Kansas City, MO, Ed lived a full and vibrant life. While he had a successful career as an executive, what truly defined Ed’s life and will forever be his legacy is his faith in Christ, love of family, and generosity to others.
Ed is survived by his devoted wife of 65 years, Carole, with whom he shared a lifetime of memories filled with travel, golf, and unwavering dedication to their family and each other. Ed was a proud father to his seven children: David, Susan, Dianne, Mark, Paul, Brian, and Karen, but his joy extended even further to their families, including 24 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren, who will forever cherish his silly nature and sappy poems.
A dedicated member of Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church, Ed had an uncanny ability to touch anyone who met him, no matter how brief their encounter, and share with them through his spirit alone the glory of God to which he was so passionately dedicated. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by his loved ones and his church community.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 11 at Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church, 2348 Collier Parkway, Land O Lakes, FL. There will be a visitation 9:30 am followed by Mass at 10:30 am. The family is requesting that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to The Society of Saint Vincent de Paul-Tampa
