Dianne M. Rupp

Dianne M. Rupp, 85, Summerville, SC, passed away peacefully on March 21, 2025. Born November 24, 1939, in Saginaw, MI to Isadore and Rita Filary. Dianne is survived by her husband of 66 years, Robert R. Rupp of Summerville, SC; son Robert Rupp II (Linda) of Indianapolis IN, daughters Melinda Rupp of Summerville. SC and Jeannine Rupp Bruenig (Andrew) of Asheville, NC.; grandchildren Jonathon Rupp of Mt. Vernon, OH, Grace and Hope Bruenig of Asheville, NC.
Dianne was raised devote Catholic and said the rosary every day of her life. A passion that connected her to her father.
Dianne worked as a travel agent and VP of Rupp Sports Sales but mostly was a beautiful mother and grandmother. In retirement she spent 10 wonderful years in Apple Valley, OH before moving to Summerville, SC in 2016.
She loved to travel the world with her husband and children and especially loved all the time spent in Kauai, HI. She was an avid cook, especially ethnic dishes passed on to her from her mother and was known for her homemade BBQ sauce. She enjoyed all crafts especially locker hooking, modge podge, stenciling and all kinds of Christmas decorations.
She was strong, honest, straight forward and shared her life with all that came to know her. She will be missed by all that met her.
