Jimmy McLoyd Smith, 55, of Charlotte, died Monday, March 24, 2025 at Orchard Valley Health & Rehabilitation, Hendersonville.
He was born September 12, 1969 in Charlotte, NC, son of the late Lois Faye Wilson and Gerald Smith.
He leaves to cherish his memory wife, Mary Redmon and daughter Kelly Redmon; sister, Sheila; two brothers, Ricky and Robert, and by aunts and uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews and friends. He was loved by many and will be greatly missed.
Jimmy was preceded in death by his brother, Michael T. Smith . A viewing will be at 10:30 AM Saturday, March 29, 2025 at Tribute & Tallent Funerals & Cremations, 1937 N. Sharon Amity Road, Charlotte.
