Debra M. Vanhaerents, 57, died on Wednesday March 19th 2025 at 10:06 am, in Morton Plant Hospital.

She was born in St. Petersburg, FL at All Children's Hospital on December 7th, 1967 to Robert Carran and Maribeth (Kulp) Carran. She was the oldest of her three siblings, Robert “Rob” Carran and Kimberly “Kim” (Carran) Carew, and Christina “Christy” Carran.

She graduated from Seminole High School in ‘85 and was known by everyone for her incredible swimming abilities. Debbie married her husband Daniel “Dan” Vanhaerents, June 21st 1997; 27 years of unwavering love. She worked as a medical receptionist for several years, but her main job in life was being a mother to her three kids, Jordan (Vanhaerents) Hucks, Jaime (Vanhaerents) Ouellette, and Jared Vanhaerents.

Debbie took her job very seriously and was a phenomenal mom. She was an Aunt to Alanah and Alex Carew who were her closest niece and nephew. She also became a Nana to Naomi and Kai Hucks who both adored her warmth and grace. Her favorite hobbies were caring for her kids, spending time with her husband, as well as friends and family.

She loved writing poems, reading, watching movies and shows on her kindle, and gifting people with whatever they needed or wanted. Debbie was a

fierce, kind hearted soul who deeply enjoyed life and being there for the ones she loved.

She will be deeply missed by all her family and friends; Debbie will never be forgotten.
