Age 89 of Eden Prairie, went to heaven on March 23, 2025.
Carol enjoyed doing daycare for her grandchildren and nephews where she lived in Eden Prairie in the home built by her husband Wilbur in 1963.
She was very involved with her church at Immanuel Lutheran and enjoyed traveling to Mexico with family and friends.
We were blessed to have her in our lives and will miss her terribly.
Carol was preceded in death by her wonderful loving husband Wilbur in 2018. She is survived by her sons: Paul (Terry) Gjersvik and Jeff (Becky) Gjersvik, Grandchildren that she loved dearly: Laura (Karl) Rager, Dan Gjersvik, Nick Gjersvik, Gina Gjersvik, Great-Grandchildren: Broc and Ashlyn Rager.
Memorial Service will be held at Immanuel Lutheran Church 16515 Luther Way, Eden Prairie, MN 55346 on Saturday April 26, 2025, 10:00 a.m. visitation, 11:00 a.m. service, luncheon to follow.
"A livestream of the service will be available via livestream."
In lieu of flowers, memories are preferred to Immanuel Lutheran Church
