Obituary for Charles B. Totman Sr..

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Charles B. Totman Sr, on March 26, 2025, in Auburndale, Florida, at the age of 92. Born on March 16, 1933, in Framingham, Massachusetts, Charles lived a full and impactful life, leaving an indelible mark on those who had the privilege of knowing him. During his lifetime, Charles served in the Navy and sailed the Mediterranean Sea. He was a heavy equipment operator and retired after a long career.He was a volunteer for the Prospect Park Fire Company Fire Police for  many years. Charles was preceded in death by his beloved wife  Marjorie of 48 years. He was a proud father of Denise (Cormier) Charles Totman Jr. Michelle (Rowe) and Jerome Totman . He also is survived by nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren.  He was also a devoted partner and shared over 20 years of companionship with his life partner, Lynne Thomas, with whom he created a home filled with love and shared memories.  His family and friends remember him for his enduring kindness and steadfast dedication to those he loved. Charles enjoyed spending time watching his kids sporting events with his thermos of coffee. Charles’s legacy is further carried on by his extended family, friends, and loved ones who admire the strength and wisdom he imparted. The family would like to extend their gratitude for the support and condolences from everyone who had been touched by Charles's life. A private ceremony will be held in remembrance of Charles B. Totman, his loved ones encourage those who wish to honor his memory to do so through acts of kindness and by cherishing the connections in their own lives, embodying the values that Charles held dear throughout his life. May he rest in peace, knowing he was deeply loved and will be profoundly missed.
