"A bad day at the racetrack beats a good day at the office" ~ Unknown
David Benjamin Winegar, age 74 of Kingsport, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, April 7, 2025. David was born on November 3, 1950, in Kingsport, TN to BH and Georgia Winegar. David was devoted to his Lord and Savior, his family, and his friends.
David loved making people laugh. He enjoyed family gatherings, traveling, and cookouts, and he was a huge UT Vols fan.
