In loving memory ...
Paul Devone Hall, 88, of Lexington, SC passed away on April 9, 2025. He was born on August 20, 1936, to the late Aubrey Frederick and Nannie Mixon Hall of Georgiana, Alabama. He was greatly loved and reared by his late stepmother, Ethel Bush Hall.
Mr. Hall was a retired production manager for over 30 years. He enjoyed being outdoors, fishing, building projects, riding his tractor and spending time with his grandchildren and loyal companion, Radar.
He attended churches throughout his lifetime serving in various capacities such as deacon, training union teacher, youth group leader, and greeter. He made many friends by greeting visitors and giving out candy before church services.
He proudly served his country by enlisting in the Air Force and was stationed in Alaska and Oak Ridge, TN.
Surviving are his daughters, Cynthia Lewis (Tommy) of Lexington, SC and Kimberly Hollis (John) of Winnsboro, SC; grandchildren, Kayla Stabler (Joshua), Jacob Lewis (Amber), and Olivia German (Lee); great grandchildren, Jase and Calhoun Lewis, Silas and James Stabler and Valerie Mae German; brother, Larry Hall, and sister, Peggy Sue Stecki of Gantt, Alabama.
Paul was predeceased by his loving wife of 62 years, Hope Hutto Hall; grandson, John Wesley Hollis III; brothers, Fred Sr., Ed, Gene and Jerry Hall; sisters, Mildred Southerland, Elise Bates, Myra Dell Ward, and an infant sister, Mary Nell Hall.
