It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Natividad Hernandez , a dedicated community leader and beloved mother and grandmother
, who passed away peacefully on 04/09/2025 at the age of 66 years old Natividad dedicated their life to serving others, leaving an indelible mark on the lives of countless individuals through her lifetime she has 5 kids and 13 grandkids . They will be deeply missed by their family, friends, and the community they so passionately served. A memorial service will be held on 04/20/2025 at 1405 East 71st Cleveland Ohio 44105 Donations will be greatly appreciated.Please contact her daughter if you would like to donate.
