Timothy ‘Tim’ Turner, 73, of Ruskin passed away on April 9, 2025, at Lifepath Hospice. Tim was raised in St. Clair, Missouri. He was preceded in death by his wife June Turner of 52 years, father Timothy Turner, and brother Jimmy Turner, and brother-in-law Danny Cordia. He is survived by mother Dolores Turner and Blessed by Three children: Tammy Carpenter (Frankie), Timothy Turner (Faith), and Melissa Turner. Three grandchildren; Shelby, Levi, and Tessa.  He is also survived by siblings; Gloria Todd (Ray), Lanora Cordia, Joe Turner (Crystal), George Turner (Sharon), Gerald Turner (Jill), brother in laws, sisters in laws, nieces, nephews, and cousins, along with many friends and loved ones. 

 

Tim was a very independent, resourceful, loving, and funny individual. He was the first to try something new and encourage others to do the same. He loved NASCAR and the Gaither family music. He always offered others compliments and a helping hand. He loved animals and children. His bright smile and charming spirit will be remembered by all who knew him. 

 

Tim’s memorial service will be on Thursday, April 17, 2025, from 9:30am to 10:30am at Sun City Funeral Home: 1851 Rickenbacker Drive, Sun City Center, FL 33573.

 

Interment to follow at Florida National Cemetery: 6502 SW 102nd Ave, Bushnell, FL 33513.
