Theresa Mary Brindamour

Theresa Mary Brindamour, born Trudeau on May 26, 1926, in Chicopee, MA, peacefully departed this life on April 14, 2025, at The Lafayette Rehabilitation in Marblehead, MA. She was a beloved daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, whose warmth and kindness will be remembered by all who knew her. Theresa was the cherished daughter of Oswald Trudeau and Rose Alma (Beaudreault), both of whom have preceded her in death. She was united in marriage to Lionel N. Brindamour, and together they built a life filled with love. Theresa’s legacy continues through her son, Roy Brindamour and his wife Carole; her daughter, Celeste Silvain and her husband Robert; and her granddaughter, Chantel  her husband Jason Browning, along with her great-granddaughter, Sklyer. She was the last surviving member of her siblings, leaving behind a legacy of resilience and love, following the passing of her brothers and sisters: Rita, Adelord, Eva, Mary, Cecile, Elmer, and Albert. A dedicated professional, Theresa spent over 20 years with Holyoke Wire and Cable before retiring as a Licensed Practical Nurse from the Holyoke Soldier’s Home. Her compassionate nature shown brightly in her career, where she took pride in caring for others. In her personal life, Theresa's passions embraced her community and included sewing, gardening, and spending time at the Senior Center. She was also a devoted member of St. Patrick’s Church, where she found comfort and friendship among her fellow parishioners. The family invites all those wishing to pay their respects to a visitation on May 9th from 10:30 to 11:30 AM, followed by a service at 11:30 AM at Beers & Story South Hadley Funeral Home. Interment will take place at St. Rose Cemetery in South Hadley. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made to All Care.
