Lori Ann Stanley
March 6th, 1962 - April 12th, 2025
With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Lori Stanley, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, who departed this life on April 12, 2025, at the age of 63.
Born on March 6, 1962, Lori lived a life full of love, purpose, and unwavering devotion to her family and community. A proud U.S. Army veteran, she honorably served four years of active duty in Germany and two years in the Army Reserve in Alexandria, Virginia. Her sense of duty and compassion carried into her civilian life, where she dedicated over 30 years as a cherished child care teacher, nurturing and shaping young lives with kindness, patience, and joy.
On May 27, 1980, Lori married the love of her life, Warren Stanley, in Riverside, California. Together they shared 45 beautiful years of marriage—years marked by laughter, strength, shared adventures, and the growth of their beloved children. Lori’s heart belonged to her family, and she took immense pride in her three sons: Terrance, Terrell, and Tremell, and her treasured grandson, Kenyon.
Lori had a passion for life’s simple joys. She found delight in cooking for those she loved, solving crossword puzzles, traveling to new places, and indulging in the occasional shopping trip. Her warm smile, infectious laugh, and unwavering support made her a light in the lives of all who knew her.
She is survived by her devoted husband, Warren Stanley; her sons, Terrance, Terrell, and Tremell Stanley; her grandson, Kenyon Stanley; her brother, Leon Garrette; her sister, Patricia Grady; and a host of loving aunties, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and cherished friends.
Lori will be honored and laid to rest by her pallbearers: Warren Stanley, Leon Garrette, Terrance Stanley, Terrell Stanley, Tremell Stanley, and Kenyon Stanley.
Though she is no longer with us in body, Lori’s legacy of love, service, and compassion lives on in each life she touched. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
