Everett Furman Eadie

Everett Furman Eadie, 50, of Givhans, entered eternal rest on April 16th, 2025.  

Everett was born on April 24th, 1974 – raised in Givhans, SC the son of Wilmont Edwin Eadie and Virgina “Nell” Eadie. After graduating Summerville High School in 1992, he entered into the construction workforce, which he loved. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, NASCAR, amusement parks with his family, and watching the Gamecocks play.

Everett is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Lori Dixon Eadie; daughters, Ashton Grooms (Hunter) of St. George, SC and Kayton Eadie of Givhans, SC; son Weston Eadie (Alaina) of Givhans, SC; grandchildren, Brantley Grooms, Braylee Grooms and Berkleigh Grooms; Mother, Virginia “Nell” Eadie; brothers Keith Eadie & Scotty Eadie (Janice); sister Melissa “Missy” Struna (Kevin); sister-in-law Dawn Eadie; along with 10 nieces & nephews and 9 great nieces & nephews all of which he loved dearly. He is predeceased by his father, Wilmont Edwin Eadie, his grandparents Wilmont & Myrtle Eadie, and Earlie & Evelyn Hill.

Everett will be deeply missed by his family, friends and all who knew him. 

The family will receive family and friends for visitation on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM-12:30 PM, followed by a short service at 12:30PM. Visitation and service will be held at Simplicity Lowcountry Funeral, 281 Treeland Drive, Suite C, Ladson, SC 29456.
