Sharon Ann Curtis

Sharon Ann (Lint) Curtis was born on February 11, 1971, to Larry E. & Carolyn L. (Murphy) Lint in Greeley, Colorado. Sharon passed away March 11, 2020 at the age of 49 years at the Pathways Hospice Unit at McKee Hospital in Loveland, Colorado, from a progression of her Multiple Sclerosis. She attended schools in Greeley and graduated from Greeley Central High School in 1987. She enjoyed roller skating, baton twirling, camping and traveling. She especially enjoyed playing in the Greeley Central High School band, and all the fun adventures with her sister and parents. And of course, there was always BINGO. One of the highlights of her memories was travelling to Japan and staying with a student exchange family. Sharon had three children by previous marriages. Two sons, Aaron Lee Byrd, and Zachary Brownfield, and a daughter Bryttney Lee Lint. Sharon met Dwayne Curtis through mutual friends, and they were married in April, 2001, in Greeley. They divorced in 2017. But even though they divorced, Dwayne remained by her side to the very end to take care of her and her needs. Sharon was a traveling C.N.A. for 15 years. She was also a Home Health Care Aid and traveled the state working. She loved working with the elderly. Her desire was to work in nursing homes with Alzheimer's and dementia patients. She was a member of Faith Bible Baptist Church, and a member of the Wranglers organization at the Greeley Stampede. Sharon is survived by her ex-husband Dwayne Curtis of Greeley; her parents Larry & Carol Lint of Cortez, Colorado, her sister Deborah C. Lint of Pensacola, Florida, her sons Arron Lee Byrd of Timnath, Colorado, and Zackary Brownfield of Greeley, her daughter Bryttney Lint of Thornton, Colorado, and her step-son Todd Curtis of Greeley. She is also survived by her nephew Adrian Ratcliff of California, niece Arcadia Ratliff of California, ten aunts and uncles and many cousins. She was proceeded in death by both sets of her grandparents and one aunt.
