PATRICIA “PAT” ELIZABETH SCHMOLDT (nee Therriault), age 71, passed away peacefully at her Jefferson, WI, home on Monday, April 21, 2025.
Pat was born in Milwaukee, WI, on May 21, 1953, the middle child of Albert and Theresa Therriault. She graduated from Hamilton High School in Milwaukee, WI, and went on to study nursing. Pat married Bill Schmoldt on September 29, 1973, and together they raised a family. She loved to sew and craft, was an avid game show fan, and doted on her beloved cat, Puffy.
Pat is survived by her children, Robin (Adam Wiesenfarth) Schmoldt, Wendy (Eric) Oehler, Julie (Benjamin) Allred, and Bill Schmoldt; grandchildren Penny Allred, Oliver Allred, and Em Wiesenfarth; sister Chris (Leonard) Lazzaro; nieces Jennifer, Heather, Carmen, and Krystel, and nephews Lee, Joshua, and Anton; and extended family & friends. In addition to her late husband, Bill, Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, infant daughter Mary, brother Alan, and nephew Brian.
Visitation will be held at the Schneider-Michaelis Funeral Home, 900 W. Racine St. Jefferson on Wednesday, April 30, 2025 from 5:00-6:30pm, to be followed by a brief family eulogy service at 6:30pm.
The family is grateful to Rainbow Hospice, especially Sarah, Kathy, and the CNA team, for the care and compassion they provided to Pat.
