Joanna Felton, born on November 21, 1958, in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, passed away peacefully in Warner Robins, Georgia, on April 19, 2025. Joanna's life was marked by her unwavering faith, deep love for her family, and an extensive career in healthcare that spanned over two decades.

Joanna was a devoted mother, grandmother, and sister. She is survived by her beloved daughters, Shanna Johnson and Breanna Felton, and her cherished grandchildren: Keanna Johnson, Jakobi Johnson, Kaleah Johnson, Kingston Felton, and Takayla Seabrooks. Joanna also leaves behind her loving siblings, Joseph Lazzara and Lori Lazzara, who will remember her for her honesty, loyalty, and kindness.

Joanna is preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Anna Lazzara; husband, Chaspert Felton; son, Zachary Joseph; grandson, Isaiah Johnson, and her brother Michael Lazzara.

A proud graduate with an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Joanna dedicated her professional life to serving others. She retired as a clinic coordinator from Middle Georgia Orthopedics, where she developed countless friendships and touched the lives of many with her compassionate approach and wisdom. Her colleagues admired her dedication and her ability to bring warmth and humor into the workplace.

Joanna had many interests, most notably her adoration for her grandchildren. She found immeasurable joy in their presence and cherished every moment spent with them. Her late husband also held a special place in her heart, and their memories together played a significant role in shaping her joyful spirit.

Her funeral service will be held on May 5, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Heritage Memorial Funeral Home, followed by a burial at Georgia Veterans Cemetery at 2:30 PM. The family will welcome friends and loved ones for visitation on May 4, 2025, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made payable to the American Heart Association in memory of Joanna.

Joanna's legacy of love, generosity, and kindness will continue to resonate in the hearts of all who knew her. Her faith in Jesus Christ and her compassionate nature served as a guiding light in her life and will be remembered by her family and friends.
