Darrin Eugene Hoke, cherished son, father, brother, and friend, peacefully passed away on April 23, 2025, at the age of 56. Born on March 22, 1969, in Greeley, Colorado, Darrin was known for his creative mind, vibrant spirit, and warm smile.

He was the beloved son of Donald Hoke and the late Mary Hoke. Darrin proudly served his country in the United States Navy aboard the USS Willamette from 1988 to 1992. His dedication and bravery during his service earned him the respect and admiration of his fellow sailors.

Following his Naval service, Darrin embarked on a successful 30+ year career as a welder. His craftsmanship and dedication to his work left a lasting impact on those he worked with and made significant contributions to numerous projects over the decades.

Beyond his professional achievements, Darrin was a devoted father to his four children: Meeka, Shelbie, Steel, and Korbin Hoke. He shared a special bond with each of them, instilling in them the values of integrity, resilience, and love.

While Darrin's heart belonged to his family, his soul was undoubtedly connected to the tranquil beaches of Hawaii. It was his favorite place, where he found solace and joy amidst the ocean waves and golden sands.

Darrin is survived by his father, Donald Hoke and his sister Angela (Steve) Noe who both reside with cherished memories of their adventures together. He leaves behind his beloved daughters, Meeka and Shelbie, and his sons, Steel (Abbie) and Korbin, who will carry on the legacy of his love and guidance.

As we gather to honor and remember Darrin, let us celebrate his life, filled with love, laughter, and shared experiences. He will be deeply missed by all who were fortunate to know him. May he rest in eternal peace.
