Charlotte Diane Ruttledge (Powell), a beloved mother, sister, friend, and business owner, passed away peacefully on April 24, 2025, at the age of 78.
Born on April 10, 1947, Charlotte brought warmth, strength, and a vibrant spirit to everyone she met. A passionate and hardworking woman, she made her mark in the hospitality industry by establishing a well-loved bar in Elko, Nevada. Her bar was more than just a business — it became a gathering place where people from all walks of life could share stories, laughter, and connection.
